Availability
Although we do our best to keep Arvyre online at all times, there will be the odd occasion when we melt our server, spill coffee on it or otherwise loose internet connection. We will, of course, do everything we can to make it accessible in good time, but we are not responsible for any inconveniences these outages may cause.
Art Usage
All images under Arvyre's name are strictly ours. You agree that any lineart, or results of using our lineart, are indeed our property. You also agree not to 'recolour' or change our images in any way, although you may use them for headers, etc. If you intend to use them in this way, you are not to claim them as your own or anybody else's but ours.
Multiple Accounts
By signing up, you agree that you will only create one (1) account. You also agree to ensure the information required by the registration process is accurate.
Privacy
We agree that any and all information you give us will not be shared with any third party, unless required by law.

Cheating
You agree that you will not attempt to "cheat" or bypass any site restrictions in any way. Any forceful attempts to 'make' users click your pets, as well as abuse of any bugs or glitches in the site's code are prohibited and considered "cheating".

The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time without prior or subsequent warning.
